Book a trial class
Whether you’re looking to try something new, feel that traditional Pilates isn’t enough, or want visible results such as weight loss and body transformation—STRONG is for you.
Even beginners can join with confidence, as each class allows you to adjust the intensity to suit your level.
For first-timers, we recommend STRONG STARTER, a 45-minute introductory class.
An equipment introduction will be provided before the session.
Getting Ready for Your Trial Lesson
On the day of your lesson, please make sure to bring the following items with you to the studio.

Water bottle
You’ll definitely sweat during class, so don’t forget to stay hydrated!We’ve got a water purifier in the studio—help yourself anytime.

Grip socks
You’ll need grip socks with non-slip soles for class. Feel free to bring your own, or pick up a pair of our STRONG original grip socks at reception.
