5 STRONG Pilates Classes
All STRONG classes are 45 minutes long.
We offer 5 distinct class types, each designed to target specific areas such as the upper body, lower body, core, and obliques, depending on your fitness goals.
You can choose a class based on your preference or your personal objectives—the choice is yours!
STRONG class levels
First timers should start with STRONG STARTER, to get familiarized with the Rowformer. The other four classes are structured with different intensity levels, indicated as Lv1. 1 to Lv1. 3.
Once you feel comfortable with STRONG STARTER, try joining a Lvl. 1 class of your choice. As your body adapts, we recommend challenging yourself by moving up to the next level!
There are no restrictions on which classes you can join, so if you feel confident, you are welcome to start at Lvl. 2 or Lvl. 3.

Recommended course flow
After STRONG STARTER, once you’re comfortable with Lvl. 1 of the four class types, we recommend that you move up to Lvl. 2!
However, if you have a favorite class, you can also choose to advance to the next level of that specific class first—whichever suits you best!
