Join our free trial class.
Whether you’re looking to try a new type of workout, find traditional Pilates is leaving you wanting more, or you just want real results like weight loss and body transformation, STRONG workouts are for you!
Even if you’re a beginner, you can adjust the intensity to match your fitness level, so you can join with confidence.
Our trial class is designed for beginners with STRONG STARTER—a 60-minute class that includes 15 minutes of guidance followed by a 45-minute workout.

Trial lesson application guide
STEP 1:
Add official LINE account
Add the STRONG Pilates LINE account as a friend.
You can also apply directly through the STRONG reservation site ( https://reserve.strongpilates.jp ).
STEP 2:
Tap the "Trial Reservation" button.
Open the LINE chat screen and tap the "Book a trial experience" button.

STEP 3:
Choose the class you want to try
On the reservation site, go to the “Trial & Lessons” tab to view the class schedule and select the session you’d like to try.
Classes marked with a beginner icon (STRONG STARTER) are recommended for first-time participants.
If you prefer to observe only, please select a time from the “Observation” tab.

STEP 4:
Choose the machine you want to try
At STRONG, we use two types of reformers: the Rowformer, which integrates a rowing machine, and the Bikeformer, which integrates a bike.
Feel free to choose the machine that suits you best! If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with the Rowformer.

STEP 5:
Choose an experience ticket (¥0)
On the trial ticket purchase screen, select your preferred date and time for the class, then tap the “Next” button. (And yes, it’s completely free!)

STEP 6:
Enter the required information
On the membership information input screen, enter the required information (name, gender, date of birth, email address, and password).

STEP 7:
Confirm your booking
Check the terms of use on the reservation confirmation screen, check the box to agree to the terms, and tap "Make a reservation with the above details" to complete the reservation.
Please come to the studio 20 minutes before the lesson starts. All the staff look forward to seeing you!

Preparation for trial class
What to Bring on the Day of Your Class
1. Water Bottle
Hydration is essential, as this is a sweat-inducing workout!
A filtered water station is available in the studio for your convenience.
2. Grip Socks
Non-slip grip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase STRONG original grip socks at reception.

Please change clothes and stretch before the lesson begins.

Participate in class (STRONG STARTER 60 minutes)
Even if you are a beginner, you can rest assured that you can enjoy a trial class with STRONG STARTER.

Time for asking questions to the instructor
While you stretch after your workout, please feel free to ask any questions you have to the instructor.

Change of clothes
If you use the shower, please bring a bath towel. Since you will be doing exercise that will make you sweat, we recommend that you bring a change of clothes.
